i thought they sounded like aussies as well and between those gum leaves and the fact the person filming it appears to be sitting on the left hand side of the car made me think it was australia, but now that you mention it they were driving on the left hand side of the road. either way faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaark
