unsure if they are using the same forum software or if header & everything is or not part of parcle of the provider or what ill have to wait for admin to get back to me he is not online at the moment

Just looking at it i'd say is apart of the forum package / template. If anything ours is incomplete as some of the graphics aren't on our site that are on that one.

id say its a skin template from the Powered by vBulletin software

i did notice a couple of posts from back in 2005 on there so its been online for some time
