New Western Australian PB Club Section

Hey guys,

As you may have heard, the Pocket Bike Association of Western Australia (better known as PBAWA) is gaining momentum and to celebrate, we at Pocket-Bike-Racing.com.au have launched a dedicated forum for our Western Australian friends to chat about this sport in their own place.

Hope you like it guys! Check it out here:

Thanks pbradmin for dedicating this part of the forum to us...

We have had the Perth pocket bike club up and running for the last year
and still have not had a race meet at one of our two AKA Kart tracks we have in Perth.....
As you guys may have heard we are under exactly the same insurance as
all you guys are in the Eastern States..
but for some reason the AKA Kart assosiation in Perth dont want to know us...
I just would like to put out there.. that if anyone anywhere can help us with our problem.. please get in contact with us.. your welcome to PM me with anything that may help..
As soon as we get in and are able to race at our tracks here in perth.. we can start to invite all you guys over to race with us..
It would be good to also have some state races over here to meet you guys...
Please help if you can..

Thankyou

It's not easy to get on these track's you have to do what they ask of your club. as in no metal foot peg's ,handle bar end's ,kill switch's that are in working order & no glycol based coolant no oil leak's no chemical's put on tyre's which damage's track surface's and full leather's in all classe's but basic cag the starting class where you can get away with protective armor placed on shoulder's,elbow's & knee's,all helment's must have an australian approval rating of AS1698 or FIM approval .helment must have fullface shield or goggle's and be in the closed or down position when racing, st john's ambulance at all race meet's. and flag marshal's then ring the PRESIDENT of AKA or sit in on a AKA meeting and put forward your club insurance paper work and your rule's as in safety requirement's for all competitor's & track rule's get on one track do the right thing & hopefully the rest will let you ride there's it take's time!!! GOOD LUCK
