Woodside Go-Kart Track

Anyone know what the future of the track is? Went past it today and the surface still looks good and would be excellent for pocket bikes. Still has infrastructure in place too.

Hi guys.I have already scoped out that track.The local council own the land [it was donated to the coucil by a deceased etsate with the proviso it was only to be made available & used for sport and rec,Not to be developed for housing etc.]..However the track use for Go-Karts etc was stopped some years ago because of EPA issues [Noise complaint from only 1 neighbour]....I have had a few discussions with the council in regards to running monthly Pocket-bike races there.So far the response back is a little "frosty".I will be contacting the council again soon for more discussion [With a good outcome Fingers crossed !]

This is Pistol Pete, some like to call me shotgun. I will give ya a call today once I have had a sleep, three wheels. Have not seen this track everyone is writing about but it would be nice to get more than one track to ride at in adelaide till the track extensions are completed. Port elliot is a little far to travel for a short ride. What is the track layout like.

good work brian ill back you up on this one, and will offer my services to fix the track up and make it look pritty to keep the council happy. about the noise problem a fence can be erected on that side, i can get the gear on the cheep,
