| Who are the APBA! "WOLF PACK"
As I write this post I am saddened/angry that things are in such a state here in SA. I am also surprised that the PB Admin hasn't acted on all the BS that has been posted on the APBA part on this forum as I and a few others have found it to be nothing but a personal and very public attack on anyone who dare to challenge what the APBA says or insist!
To the rest of the users on this forum (Australia wide) I will now let you know who the APBA actually are, their past history, their member base and how many events/ race meets they have actually ran or held.
The APBA have only 8 or so financial members who are the President ,Vice president, treasurer, secretary and their 4 committee members other than this they have no members ! 5 of these 8 have a wolf pack mentality and if any one dare speak out of place or say some thing that they aren't in agreement with look out, they will try to personally attack you in any public arena!
This has been done to my self on many occasions by the APBA ,the last one being the post by their president in his post "the other side of the story".
In this post the APBA president has mentioned about these forums and their abuse.Well to me they were once a enjoyable way to keep informed on what was happening and to catch up with friends.But unfortunately their "Wolf Pack" mentality revels on these forums and they are very good at twisting the truth and character assassination.The APBA President claimed that innocent children where banned on another forum for no reason at all.
I was a Moderator on that site and it now has been shut down due to their behavior and the rude and very personal pms that where being sent ,not at all the act of a child either may I add! We had nearly 30 users on this forum and because of the actions of the few we have been forced to close it down, because it was no longer enjoyable for the Admin and moderators on that site to get personally attacked....with the fall out even spilling on to this forum!
Lets look at the APBA's racing history now. To date the APBA has not ran or organized a single race meet !Any racing ever held has been organized by the one track owner at Pooraka . All the proceeds /entries are paid to the track owner and you don't have to be a member of the APBA to race.They also wreak of apathy and when it comes to actually trying to get racing up and running are full of illogical excuses!
Their past history, well where do I start! I know where it all started going hay wire in my case with the "wolf pack" and have accepted responsibility for my part in the following but this is one of the things that the APBA still persecutes myself for. (read on)
My16 yo son was racing at the Pooraka track and put in a protest to the track owner about a certain rider who kept running into him on every heat raced. The owner told this rider to stop this activity and then this rider went up to my 16 year old son and threatened him with severe violence.
My son then told me what had happened and I fronted this rider about his actions.He basically told me to "F" off in no uncertain terms which in turn I hit this individual who was a 40+ adult threatening my 16yo son !For this I was judged to be at trouble maker by the APBA and I might add that is wasn't even a race meet they held !One other note, I have since meet this individual along with my son and he along with myself have reconciled any differences and hold no animosity to each other.
Now for the final time I say to the APBA in the strongest of terms to leave me and mine alone,any correspondence to or at myself will be dealt with in a Legal way (I have a fax and Photo copier to Mr Wooster). I will continue to ride along with my friends and family and will never have anything to do with that "WOLF PACK" that call themselves the APBA ! |
