Well its the day after another night at the Pt Elliot track and last night was as good as any night we all have had at the the track...Thanks to all at the track once again.
Now for the run down ......Brian From MPE we have some bad news. The Polini A/C seized once again after about 6 laps ,just about the time you got off the phone from Ronin. We had to pick Graeme up off the ground and stop him from crying once again. (Massive hissy fit )
LMAO..... Just Kidding MPE .....the Polini A/C is a absolute weapon and it looks like Graeme has got it sorted with the fairing being cut down.
Not only does this make the bike run cooler it looks great too. I finally got the show down against the Polini I have been waiting for on the Blata R and it will be some very close racing in the future judging on how the bikes ran last night. The Blata R handled well through all of the corners but the Polini definitely had the legs down the main straight.A big thanks to Graeme for a great night of riding running against his Polini and look forward to more racing.
We also had time to play on the W/C bikes and also had some brilliant riding with Ronin on his Wrs and Graeme on his W/C Polini and I managed to hijack Ryans Banshee. This made for some fun riding as well but I think I'll stick with the R as the power is more controllable.
I was watching Ryan riding his Banshee after I rode it and was totally amazed at how fast he is actually going and doing it with out any real effort.I really can't wait for racing to start just to see how Ryan will do in W/C elite now.
It was good to see Brandon at the track again ( not my Brandon the one with the sidecar)but unfortunately he had bike troubles and didn't get much riding in.I know how that feels Brandon Cry as I have had this happen many times too,but don't give up and I look forward to seeing you again next time at the track.
I was hoping to be able to do some testing on the new Savas I have fitted to DOAS but this was not to be as it too gave me grief.I tried to put a 19mm carby on but can't get it to run right so I decided to put the 14mm carby back on after 1 lap and when I went to pull start it the starter broke @#$%*&* ,so I cant wait to get back to the track and give the Savas a workout .
Any way everyone it was a top night at the Pt Elliot track and look forward to seeing everyone next time .
