Smile Frizzy's just a big sook

Hey everyone. Good news. Just got home from hospital for the second lot of x-rays now that the swelling has gone down. No apparent break in the arm afterall, just a severe sprain to the elbow and extensive tendon strains.
Thought that was great news, so as soon as I got home I sat on the bike and tried to turn the throttle and grab the brake lever. Still a no go, cant twist throttle yet or pull brake lever (not happy).
Plenty of physio work between now and next race meeting should see me right to race again. Cant wait.

great news you can try to find a left handed throttle and swap over the brakes.
