What happened at the AGM?

Hi to all
For obvious reasons I couldn`t make it to the meeting today.Just wondering what happened, was there an election,if so who`s where etc.

there wasnt really an election because for each position only 1 person was nominated so it wasnt needed. all i remember is jeremy wooster president, kier doe vice president
