are metrakits allowed to race in the championships ? or is it just minimotos ?

also what type of bikes are raced in the club? at present i have a grc rr bzm proddy and im 14 (will be around 16 when i migrate) so i was wondering if i could race that as it seems most of the bikes used are cags ...

and im interested in starting to go into 125cc world so i was just curious

Hi Josh
Good to see that you are looking at the Metrakit bikes. Here in Adelaide though we are only racing minimoto`s , we would however welcome you to race your Grc as we have a terrific classes in both junior and senior elite W/C .Some of the types of bikes racing are Z1 ,R1 ,Cag Blata,Grc Polini so as you can see we have pretty good racing classes.

G'day josh..

Over here Metrakits are pretty Big, That big they we have a Metrakit Australia championship.

Like alot of places 125's are Big over here.. Not as big in the Australia Championships as they used to be, but still Big at state and club levels..

Onto the pocket mate, As rover said here in SA we have a good variety, Saying this so do most of australia.. The only places pocketbikes havnt really taken of is Western Ausralia.. But I think they have just got a club going now.. And a Track of two...

As for the bike As Rover said there is a good variety of bike too, Between the Euros there are alot of GRC's, Blatas And ZPF's.. Bike like Stamas, Dm Ect are starting to get around abit more now though..

Cheers Blair,

sounds great ... was thinking about entering the 80xl or 125 races in the metrakit championship but it seems on their website that the race tracks are quite far away
