| Thats a bit strange... the fatboy should atleast rev out! maybe you're motor is now running a lil rich.... If the motor and carby is running fine, the fatboy pipe will be succesful... you might just need a couple extra teeth to get that down low back...
I had the same problem recently until i put a new 14/14 rep on my std. I went from 9300rpms to 11800 with the carby change....
