be told the reps brake at the manifold. how long do they last??
thinking bout goin original as they r only $60 more and wondering if they r actually that much better. rep is $39 and original $99.
but the only thing reps r only 14/14 and original i can go up to 16mm.
considering i will hav head kit, reeds, pipe and all the other goodies im thinkin the bigger the better???
if you have the extra dollars ,go for the genuine otherwise the dell reps are not bad atall. if they break at the manifold its your fault for over tensioning the carb to manifold etc, 14mm vent intake is great for racing. 16 mm plus is only better for straight line speed . i have seen guys run massive 17mm carbs with no success compared to a good working and tuned 14 mm will leave them dead. ozminimotos have some very good reps carbs available plus jet packs so you can find the magic tune.
