There is a good class in the full size super-bike series called superlites. These are 250cc 2-strokes and 400cc 4-stroke production bikes.

Now here is the part to consider for mini-moto. The rules in this class say that the bikes must use only production based parts. Competitors can challenge any other person's bike.

But they dont even look at the bike until after they put it on the Dyno (supplied at each round). It is only stripped down if the bike produces more than 60hp.

This would be good for the open chinese W/C class. Off course have the rules, but dont penalise those people who use illegal bits if their bikes still make less power than the other guys.

Who has a Dyno?
