done a little more work...or a lot, depends how ya see it
i have modified one of the crankcases, to allow the ignition coil in.
i have also made a bracket, to hold both sets of crankcases together, with the added ability of soon being a secure mount to the frame (welder required)
and, i have removed 3 of the cooling fins on one of the cylinders, to give one of the ignition coils clearance.
now i believe, all thats left, is to make a bracket to hold the top of the two sets of crank cases together, and ill be done...or so close that it wont matter
anyone know where to get a throttle cable for opening two carbys at once, or even, how to modify a standard one?
PS: all except the bottom bracket were done with hand tools (im kinda proud)
