| id say your timing key shread be asue the fly wheel wasnt all the way on the crank shaft my banshee had the same prob it would go so far and rub on the cases and i broke to keys so i filed the back off the fly wheel with a flat file alowing it to go on further so it all fitted propley taking the pressere of the key. as for the chain dont have it to tight it can case your crank to un balance/twist. |
