| HELP - Cuttin Out Problem Hey guys, i'm having some trouble, and cant actually get my bike going properly.
I was racing yesterday with no troubles, well a few times when i was revving high, it would drop to nothing, and i'd have to let go of the throttle, and rev it up again to stop it stalling.
I got home after racing and running my tank dry, bought some new 98 octane fuel, and put it in with oil of course, then my mates came over and the bike would just not go properly. It was cuttin out at all rev ranges, and quite randomly. It still starts fine, but i cant get any power ( sometimes i can for about 30m ), and it stalls heaps.
I've adjusted the idle, cleaned out the carby, including the main part, not just the bowl, and even taken the jet out ect.
I've checked fuel flow is good, so that doesnt seem to the the problem.
My NGK spark plug was a bit black, but i've seen worse and tried even putting my stock one back in and still no luck.
Over the last week or so i've put in a new alloy filter, jet pro exhaust, advanced timing key, and finally yesterday I put in fibreglass reeds.
I'm quite sure i installed everything correctly.
ANY suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as the only thing i can think of now is buying a new carby, though that will have to wait, and I had planned on that anyway.
Cheers in advance guys
Jordan
