| very nice Your bike is almost identical to mine in everyway but body colour. I found the bizeta kit a little disappointing compared to the polini 50cc 5-port in its level of completeness and fitting. But the performance speaks for itself.
BZM power is tractable and linear from down low whereas the polini is more peaky and a bit harder to ride. Without porting to either, the polini revs harder than the bizeta but is more of an expert's bike when trying to keep it up in the revs in slow corners. The lack of a little end bearing was unbelievable when you pay nearly $500 for a kit.
Good job on the bike, you will have a ball on it as they are a great handling chassis. Front brakes are a pain to keep adjusted. I wouldn't go much bigger than 19mm on the carb or throttle response will be heavily compromised. 21 would be the absolute biggest on a very long, fast, flowing circuit. Do yourself a favour and get the BZM self cooling ergal clutch. You will need to turn the housing down about 0.5mm to fit the cases but it is well worth the $200 and 1/2 hour on the lathe. The standard clutch bells and housings on my two dream bikes cooked with both the bizeta and polini top ends because they could not dump heat quick enough and were not the straightest/truest items.
