Well my 6 port BZM arrived last night and i spent most of the night setting that up

set the right port timing and squish at dead on .5mm (might be even more like .48 when i crank it down some) and after a bit of head scratching got the cylinder on.

i was seriously tossing up between this bzm cylinder kit or the polini 5 port but im glad i went the BZM. im sure that they can both make potentially the same power - the cooling of the BZM head is just sooo much better and the way the whole thing bolts together is alot more even and would torque down more evenly so im glad i made the right choice.

bit dissappointed the kit didnt include an appropriate top end bearing so ill have to get a bigger one to fit on as the stock 40cc had some green type discolouration and it had tons of slop side to side.

also thinking of getting a 24mm mikuni on ebay for cheap as well. turns out to be a little cheaper than the dellorto and it would provide an interesting challenge to get it working. will see...

but aside from that the rims are off getting some new T41s installed and should be back shortly so ill have this thing bzm powered and all at indy. WOOOHOO

ill turf up some pics tonight.
