hey mate i wouldn't say that as such, how ever a genuine blata b1 would be a verry fast bike we have to wrs blata's here in sa. they are only 39cc and they go real hard
they are very capable of keeping up with race preped polini engines and some tuff chinese engines but fastest probably not you would lean more towards a grc or dm or bms bike with bzm gear or most likely a zpf z1 i thinks but just my two cents any ways back on topic sorry for gettin of topic to much guys cheers regards liam
