| Correct fuel line setup on a walbro carby consists of the bottom fuel line being the inlet to the carby. So fuel from the tank goes into the bottom of the carb, The primer bulb sucks fuel up through the fuel pump and metering chamber and then blows out out the top nipple which is a return to the fuel tank.
Depending on which kit you got they generally have a little bracket mounted to the top of the carby. You feed the throttle cable through that then install the spring over the throttle cable and clip the end of the cable into the little swivel on the throttle pully like bit on the carby.
That's the general setup. Now if you have a different kit then we've got problems with my discription.
