this is supposed to be a national championship series. so yes the cost if you want to challenge for the title will be higher, and the competition will be tougher. this is the same in any sport when you get to national level over club
there is no point setting up a event in four different states with a class for every possible spec of bike to only have a couple of riders on the grid for each class,
not everyone is going to win. im sure whatever class peoples bikes qualifies for there will be someone of similar speed to battle with.
