You can usually get Toluene from any petrolium distrubters that sell to the public. Price is often $4.40 a litre for small quantities. (i.e under 100L) I only ever buy 4 litres at a time.

For those who don't know Toluene is an aeromatic hydrocarbon which is used to enchance petrol blends based on the mixture of chemicals to produce the desired RON rating for a fuel. Mobil Synergy 8000 premium unleaded has 20% toluene in it to start with along with lots of other nasty but cool chemicals. Mobil Synergy 2000 on the other hand is the base 91 octane fuel, a dirtier fuel which contains 40% toluene.
Gives you an idea of what you can safely run.

Your on your own when it comes to working out what ratio of toluene to petrol you should run though. I ran up to 30%
I'd suggest trying about 10 - 15% total per litre.

You'll also need to run a fairly cold spark plug range.
