Just port and jet your stock carby. Run a 14mm or 9/16th drill bit down the throat then using a die grinder or dremel open up the mouth of the carby. Get a jet kit from ozminimoto and you should notice a big difference, A 0.70 size jet is a good place to start. I did this with mine and it made huge improvements. The only reason i went a walbro is to get more revs. Just take your time when drilling the throat and make sure the drill bit is central. Once done use some 600 then 1200 wet and dry to smooth it all out.
