Heat wrap works in extreme temperature applications on cars.. Mainly to keep under bonnet temps down.

Pocket bikes don't suffer nearly as much as alot more fresh air circulating the engine. You could actually find it will have an opposite effect on your exhaust keeping heat IN which is going to in no way help in making power and as mentioned could actually do damage.
