Hey, I looked all over these forums and found nothin that helps lol..anyways, I just bought a brand new pocket bike off eBay

I have the chock open all the way and the white fuel intake turned vertical...when I try to start it a bit of gas comes out a small plastic tube at the bottum and leaks...a lot really anyone have any tips or links on how I can get it started? I just got this for christmas yesterday and was plannin of ridin it yerterday but didn't happen..so much excitement spoils it
the User manual says MT-AII and inside it says its a 49cc.
so anyone got any ideas how I can start it? I almost got it started a few times it kinda started for about 5 seconds then stopped...do I need to turn the accelerator while starting or anything...when im starting I do 3 pull outs slowly then 1 big fast pull what am I doing wrong?
AND YES I did check the spart plug
