Big problem with bike! BEEN GOING ON FOR 4 MONTHS! HELP!

Hi.

I have a really big problem with my bike atm. Whenever I go over 40% throttle the hol thing just slows down! or cuts out completely. On sunday I fixed this problem by claning the on/off switch but now the problem is back

I dont know what it is. Will cleaning my carb again make a diffrence?

Plz help :cry:

EDIT: Will bigger jets solve this problem to? bc my Dad says its fuel starvation.
