The first problem i see is you've used CARBON reeds on a stock engine, i suggest u change them over for Fibreglass this will greatly improve responsiveness.

If your bike is cutting out after it's been running for a while then your coil is faulty, when they heat up they break contact internally, a common fault with chinese coils.

Also check where the circlip is on your needle in carby, it should as standard be set in the centre, moving the clip upwards on notch will lean the engine on take off, great for stock engines.
