RD RACING is an unknown quantity at this point
normally only one coat of primmer is needed as this is the base coat needed for adhesion of the top coats, apply the primmer / undercoat so you have a decent amount but not too much on the surface then you will lightly sand with the mentioned wet/dry paper for a smooth finish ready for the top coats yes 2 coats. remember the color you choose as it is best to choose a color that is easy to touch up if or when you get it scratched. a high gloss finish will show up more inperfections than a lower sheen paint such as satin. say high gloss black you must have a well preped item to paint compared to a satin finish.
