Simple answer - YES

As the Blata B1, GRC with a BZI and Polini can all have 13.5+ HP engines stock...

We have seen some STOCK PR-50W fly compare to others.. the chinese just are not consistant with there engine building..

Once JT has finished with the engine, they are all the same.

This series is for ALL racers.. not just a few stock chinese bikes.

I would love to see a Chinese $ 2,000.00 bike blow the wheels of a $6,000.oo Italian bike.

Once you have more than 10+HP it is all rider anyway.. but more HP helps
