Smile Welcome Me!

Hi All,

I bought my first pocket bike a few months ago, got all excited and wanted to fang it around everywhere as you do, but I snapped my foot-peg before I even got it set up

Anyway My bike is a cheap chinese Cag, yeah it's not overly high on the quality stakes, but it runs, goes alright, and has put a smile on my face.

I managed to get it started, and go up and down a mate's driveway before his neighbours cracked it from noise (it echoed considerably under his carport).

Anyway, got it home, started the internet searches and came up with a drastic list of the "to do's" in preparing a quality pocket bike, running in the engine, and work to be done to make a presentable bike, so I set to task.

I have since had my bike up on Mt Panorama through the campsites during the Bathurst 1000 races, it was my camp site to campsite, and toilet run transport because I was being lazy, and it was the opportunity I had to give it wide open throttle after doing all the run-in procedures a few weeks before hand.

Anyway, I come from a Telco/IT background, but also used to do mechanics and still do for a hobby, so I am somewhat clued up on these engines and tuning, etc, so I will help out where I can

I am in the Sydney North Shore area, and interested in getting out and about every now and then on the bike to keep it running, keep the fuel flowing through it, and have some fun with others.

Cheers,

Brian.
