Do not use Pocketbikeparts.com.au - they rip you off!!!

Hello,
I purchased an engine case from pocketbikeparts.com.au on 2nd may 2010.
Still have not recieved it to date.
have tried to contact Ayden the "owner" of the site numerous times with no reponse ever.
Two days ago i decided to make a claim through paypal being 28th may 2010
i would image 26 days is enough waiting time for an item to be delivered within australia.

Last time i purchased something from him it didnt arrive within 3 weeks so i made a claim and got a refund.
however this time i have a response from ayden stating:

"you have now tried to defraud me twice with paypal

i will issue you papers as i have to, before putting you

on the aust bad debt register.

(and i will be sending paypal the aust post details

that shows the item was receved)"

I WOULD LOVE FOR HIM TO DO SO, AS I HAVE IN NO WAY RECIEVED MY ITEMS.

Please im warning everyone, do not make purchases from this person, unless you like throwing your money away

POCKETBIKEPARTS.COM.AU SUCKS

Mate, he may be on holidays... He has left for holidays before and hasn't said anything...

And you suck!

Ayden is a good bloke and I know numerous people that have dealt with him and have all received their products as requested.. He has done a **** load for myself and my friends with putting motors together, tuning and other things... Just because you think you got screwed over doesn't mean everyone else will... I have been screwed by dhz moto, you don't see me having a little b!tch about them? Just 1 mistake, doesn't mean ****.

Im just trying to tell people my personal experience.
But honestly thanks for your input.
If this is true then im sure he will be able to give me proof of post or registration and we can sort this mess out.
But i havent recieved my item, and he managed to reply to paypal but not myself personally? Were i tried at least 4 times over 2 weeks to contact him before resorting to a paypal despute.
and he goes on holidays randomly for 4 weeks? and doesnt post it on his site or notify customers? thats no way to run a business.

But as i said again, thanks for your input

Hey mate,

Bought from him too and didn't have any probs at all.

It would not be the first time that parcels get lost. Happened to me 3 times.

Cheers!

Never happened from pocketbikeparts, but randomly 3 times.

Don't worry, it can be easily proven that you didn't receive any parcel with Post. I am sure things will get solve soon.

Sorry to hear about your experiences. I've purchased from Ayden many times all with great results.

As far as i know, he is a good, reputable dealer but occasionally things do go wrong.

You need dialogue with Ayden in a non threatening manner as threats will not get you a good result.

Hope it all works out..
