ok i have not been on this site for quite some time, due to it running so slow and threads being deleted ect.

however, a forum is meant to promote the hobby/sport the the forum is intended for, and most people who manage a forum are highly involved with that hobby/sport.

you say your dedicated to this sport, however74 has done more hard yards than you have for this sport in NSW and all you do is bag him. thats just not good PR. running a forum does not make you GOD, when you have some authority you should not miss use it, i know the power can go to your head, it happens to a lot of people, cops, politicians, mp's, UFC fighters, mafia dudes ect

when i logged onto this site i filled out a question air, i can see you making steps to try and better this site thats a good way to start, but the best way to help this site is to stop creating problems with people who are actually trying to build this sport in Australia.

this sport can be massive in Australia with the right promotion, unfortunately pbr forum the way it is with its i don't care attitude i will just ban you, is not setting a good example, why would people want to join a sport with so much conflict already on a forum??? your not trying to promote racing or any events or interest for juniors. this sport need the young generation without them this sport will die a slow death.

your probably wondering who i am and why i'm posting this ?
since racing was started in NSW I have been there, I hold 2nd in 2008 NSW champion in elite water cooled and also the Chinese water cooled, i will have my children racing in a couple of years, i want this sport to grow. and i want you to make the right changes to the way you promote pbr so the sport grows.

the questions i have for the owner is;

do you race?

if not,

do you ride a mini moto? and what type?

what have you done for this sport in relations to organizing tracks to race on and events ect?

i'm not trying to have a go at you, i just want to know your personal input is to this sport seeing your so dedicated to it.

also please dont delete this post this will show wether your are in it for the sport or not.

also if you as a member have any input to better this site dont be shy to post it

honestly i couldn't give a **** about minimoto it really doesn't interest me bitchamen hurts to much i'll stick to riding pitbikes on dirt
now as for the owner he knows very little about the sport but is super dedicated to the sites and whats them to be beneficial to you. but the only way to do this is with money without money this site gets shut down and none of us want that, without money we can't sponsor events we cant give away prizes we cant run on a server we cant do anything.

now unless you wanna throw us alot of coin to promote events the only way we can get money is through sponsorship but at the moment we kinda dont have alot of them and from the short time i've been here this is why....

1. people like 74 and morty's and lisci or whoever think that they have the right to promote there companies wares and services here for free while our good sponsors are forking over coin. then the above people have a cry when there **** gets deleted and claim free speech well sorry this is a business and we have to protect that a little

2. everybody seems to hate each other hell this place is horrible every time you come on here morty is having a go at glen# glens having a dig at morty tyd stick his nose in has a winge to no point at all hell some might argue but we dont get alot of this at miniriders and if we do we stop it
but no you pocket bike people (not all) you are the rules i can do say post whateva i like on here because i'm tuff and when a mod does something about it by banning you you all go to another site and bag us for trying something to make this place better or better yet send a message to admin complaining that you where hard done by by a mod and wah wah wah how about following the fucking rules?????? ough sorry to hard i forgot your all to cool!

on re- read of the original post hardcore ask's this question why would people want to join a sport with so much conflict already on a forum?? and he's right to come on here and read all the crap you lot (the people in the industry and sport) have to say glen# who also does alot for your sport and pro dirt i wouldn't want to be a part of it either!!!!

now i'm pretty easy going right (you might not think so now) but some of the rules that the owner has come up with make me laugh so i don't really enforce them but there's some that i will i will protect our sponsors that support us and in doing so hopefully push this sport and more importantly this site as far as we want

well well, i for once have taken offence to the garbage that you have written :-( since it was not written in jest & was aimed directly at me for what ever reason i have no idea ? for some reason you have 74 stuck in your pea brain, why you have mentioned / dragged me into this i have no idea but lets just go over a few off your post shall we,
OK when has pbr ever put any money or support into any minimoto event ?
when has pbr ever supported any club ?

they try & charge ridiculous monthly fee's to advertise that not even 2 of the biggest minimoto dealers can afford to pay per month & then if any one else who doesn't pay makes a post they delete it, hell i know my sig was taken down again even after it met the full criteria of the rules just because the owner thinks it's to big yet they are happy to set the sizes in the setup, tell me how the hell does that make any sense.

Im sick of hearing our name being brought up in discussion around "Sponsorship" of this site. We dont have "products"....we occassionally have a motor or bike to sell.....that is about it. not really worth the $150+ / month to sponsor this site.

Now, we can sponsor this site....but that would mean we would have to stop sponsoring the several juniors we currently sponsor....

no worries mortys i apologize i have always been told that you ran some sort of shop or services by previous mods and what not i will remove you from the post above

and with the sponsor thing your probably right mate hell if this site ran into any sort of profit we would like to sponsor races and likes but mate this place is running at a massive loss and is being held up buy miniriders.com.au and i tell ya what i have run that site for the last couple of years and it's going great guns
the only thing stopping miniriders getting more involved in the races is the fact that most of the money comes here to keep the site running for people that hate us for it .

i'm sorry but i want to see this site succeed and i want to see the sport flourish but without help from the industry it will never go anywhere

the promoto nswminimotoforum was set up on a shoe string budget for the people in the sport, by the people in the sport,
if your only running a forum to try and profit from it than your lower than low. and i recommend people who are interested in this sport should protest against this behavior, and the sponsors should also try and invest into getting more places to ride, rather than paying big $$$ for advertising on a forum, the owners should make the advertising on a forum reasonable or just enough to cover expenses so the sponsors can afford to promote the sport and help with getting more places to race ect. forums were not made for people to profit from you are abusing this site.
