Front guard for this bike was always a problem, the solution was found from stealing another
part from my boys mini chopper and turning it upside down and using it as the mould for this
guard!

Once it was set, it was simply a case of shaping, pre-fitting, prepping and painting.

Enjoy, sorry for this build up being late, but work has been pretty flat out and we have another project on the cards at the moment after having to respray the boys mini chopper, this NEW project should be a stack of fun! and im sure Glen will like it
