hi!

hey everyone...

been lurking around for a little while so i thought i would finally say hi..

im matt.. from brisbane..and hoping to be racing at archerfield very soon..
hmm basically, im a 20 year old engineering student, i ride full size bikes, iv got a hyosung gt250r, first bike..let me live it actually goes alright with a decent rider haha.

as i said iv been looking around for a fair while now, just gaining knowledge from this extremely helpful forum..me and a mate are hopefully getting our bikes off morty sometime soon polini rep and a banshee...banshee is mine we were originally gonna build up some ebay cags but were a bit worried we'd get them to the best they could be and still be wanting more...so we figured we'd go straight ahead with watercooleds and went and talked to morty about a week back..he definately knows his stuff..
so yeah, thats me. look forward to seeing some of you at the track sometime soon.

also, many people out there wear leathers? i would if i could afford some, but at the moment all i have is a decent non leather jacket and jeans...and knee pads haha

A lot of people wear leathers, I personally don't, I have dririders jacket and jeans with need pads, they do me well. I have dririders pants aswell but I need my sliders sewin back on..

I started in a jumper, jeans and knee, elbow pads. But saying that, if your going to be on one of morty's std banshee's you will need more than a jumper! lol..

your gear you ride your full size bike should be sweet..

You wont ever go wrong with a banshee. Best novice watercooled you can possibly get. I have one and i love it. Morty's got some great knowledge and advice, stick with what he says and you'll have a great time on it.

Just watch out for that tyre wall on the straight
