im not pointing any fingers at people who use ebay as it is a good place to buy and sell but there are a select group of people that sh@# me to tears with there stupidity. now the way ebay works is all in favor of the buyer with no regard to the seller witch means that if its not what they thort because they were to stupid to read or even ask about the item then they just cry to ebay like little babys and then iwe {the sellers} cop the blame how is that fair

i wont to here your ebay stories so post them up so we can all have a laugh

yeah, ebay are F**k wits in my opinion, they dont help at all with their customer service with enquiries, all they do is reinstate the laws, we kno the laws dumbass,, my account is suspended now for no less than 7 days for selling tiffany and co jewellery that i previously bought for my girlfriend because they had reason to believe that it was "counterfeit" what f&kheads.. so i send them a message and im like im trying to sell an item i have stated that it has been bought for a girlfriend and im trying to sell it, isnt that what ebay is all about? apparently its a trademark violation.. and then they go on about how i have another 4 days left until they can consider reinstating my account, when i told them im just trying to sell it, again all they did was reinstate the policies and told me that they cannot release what part of my advertisement was against ebays policies, i had just sold another item and bought one, and they ban me, now i cant even send the item out cause i dont know where to send it, and the seller i bought the item off gave me a unpaid item strike because im unable to contact either of them.. fkn stupid, they took away my priveleges of contacting members, i mean seriously they try to maintain a good trading environment, but they dont even realise that i have 2 people waiting for a payment and an item, and i cant even contact members, i let them know that as well, all they did again was reinstate the laws..
pretty cut right now.. sorry about all the blabber lol

Well ive got a story against a seller.
I bid on and won a shmick Honda CBR250RR on ebay a couple of weeks back and was as happy as a pig in ****,as it had been what i was searching for for a while now.

After the sale i emailed the seller and asked for her adress and ph details so i could arange pickup,but no reply that day or the next day.
At that stage i was starting to get a little worried cause id heard nothing,and decided to speak to an ebay representative,they told me i should of been contacted by now.They also told me how to get the sellers contact details through ebay which i did.

I rang twice 1 day and nothing,rang again twice (morning and night)the next day and then the day after they finally picked up.
I told them id been trying to get ahold of them for days,and that i was the winning bidder of the motorbike.She put her son on and hed told me he sold the motor bike on friday cause no1 was bidding on it,yet id won the auction on the thursday

To me it seemed that cause the price didnt go as high as expected they just pulled the pin,even though it went over the reserve!!
As you can imagine i was pissed off,but kept my cool over the phone(which was damn hard to do).

I spoke to an ebay representative about it who gave me an email adress to write to about the situation.heard back from them 3 days later.
They told me theyd investigate the situation and the seller could possibly face a warning,tempory suspension,or ban.
As far as i know nothing has been done yet.

I have heard from the seller since, saying sorry and asking me to pull out of the sale peacefully and not turn it into a **** fight,But you know what,they can go get F#%KED!

Anyways thats my rant

exactly right, thats why every single person i saw there that still had shitloads of tiffany jewellery for sale just so happened to have much more than 1000 items sold..
