we don't get many motoards in NSW anymore since the guy that used to organise them all had a fallout with Tony but we still get a couple to most meetings, i don't care either whether there is motards racing with minimoto's or not but i think the key word hear is MINI EI MINIMOTO & MINIMOTARD both are a smaller version of larger models

All that is stating is that motards will be at the PI event. He did not mention your events. As you may have gathered i ride motards and do give back to the sport along with others i ride with, and when i mean sport, i mean minimotos as well. i also ride Elites as well so really either way i will be riding on all these tracks. Anyway why i said this is because of what i have said in another post. i dont want an event to be jeopardized just because of motards. if that is the case as i have stated before we are happy to not ride but come and support the minimoto racing. however there is and easy fix to the 4 stroke issue and that is we ride 85cc 2 strokes. I have read the MA rules and it is possible for motards to be japanese 85cc 2 strokes with 12 inch wheels.
We won't ever get a round of the titles unless we can run Motards and we have already been denied the oppotunity to run the titles one year because we couldn't run motards...at this stage their was only 3 or 4 bikes in motard class to add insult to injury.I also heard that some of the Vics acused SA of killing the series because we couldn't run Motards.
Anyway I'm obviously not going to get a fair playing field ..from what I see on here..who says forums don't work...I now know where I stand here on this and will do what I have to do to get a fair series for minimotos going...If all the legends on here who think I'm just ranting and don't take me seriously it will be their loss..I don't care if they dislike what I have said on any post on here as I know I'm 100% right .
Their refusal to listen and attempts to discredit me shows their calibre or lack off it.

Well said Brendan !!
Very true on the bike styles run in most countries.
We have tried to please as many as we can, I know you have as have I, talked to many Presidents of the MA clubs in Australia to discuss what would be the best for most riders, be it minimotards or Minimoto.
At not time has any president said to me 'we don't want your help, keep out or we don't want minimotards here'.
I always thought the clubs were on the same page, and we were helping.
Information has been pasted on to all clubs all the way through this process via their presidents.
Until a president or club through a president say so, I will continue to help where I can, under the direction of their president.
I will not listen to some member ranting over the internet, thinking they know it all for everyone in Australia.

Here's ya friggin blinkers !!!!!
"Oh we have tried... by contacting the MA clubs..."..." I always thought the MA clubs were on the same page.." thats the frigggin problem...You never once asked for any input from up north, from anyriders, except maybe Bill , thats 1 kid you knobs, he was the only one to ever be kept in the loop...by direct phone calls.. Our problem is your little circle of power thinking you know whats best for everyone concerned..... Heck, I dont think theres anyone out there who doesnt appreciate all the work you guys have done..!!!
But, Our point to you guys is
YOU NEVER ONCE CONTACTED US TO SEE WHAT WE WANTED!!!!! SO HOW COULD THIS POSSIBLY BE THE BEST OUTCOME FOR ALL RIDERS, WHEN YOU NEVER EVEN ONCE TOOK A MOMENT TO ASK..!!!
No-one meant to incinuate that you guys are shonky pricks... Its just how this has unfolded, there seems to a lot of decision making for everyone going on by a certain few riders in this country....
We all started this for us... Not 1 person has more authority than anyone else, as we are all equal & as there is nothing setup.. We all should have the equal right to input into how it should be setup, until we have a body..!!
I still see the counties tracks divided by rules/classes.. So its really hard to see any unity apart from the 3 MA clubs... Am I wrong..?!?! Dont we want to unit pocketbikes in 'AUSTRALIA'.. How is MA going to help the current clubs without it, how do you think this will benefit riders above Vic.. If not, Why the hell would we want anything to do with that.. we got a good thing going here... dont know if I'd ever see as many kids on bikes if it were MA..!! Its pocketbikes.. they start up here on $200 Chingy bikes.. It always been a great entry for new riders, especially with the cost.. How do you not want this involved..I would have thought you would have needed all the help you can get, seeing as whats happened with numbers in previous years..!
& how many riders do you think you're going to encourage from PI to ride @ archerfield...Il tell ya..Not 1.. Its not for us directly.. Its mainly for you guys, Its directly going to benefit your club & new riders to your track.. Not us...

& We want to setup a body to make decisions for us... All decisions concerning us, Including this MA one...

You want to make 1 decision concerning us, then let that body make decisions for us..!!

This is a decision that should have involved everyone..!! Just seems to be alot of deciding going on!

mort man you need to relax mate this is only ab Australian Titles they are not trying to organize your club or our club & or any other club, also the SWMMC is hosting the 2011 Australian Titles & if they weren't then as far as i can see promoto would have done it again & **** me we haven't got the trophies from th is year yet so we didn't want that to happen again, i am not a member of an MA club & i haven't been privy to any info i am waiting like all till it is made public seems to me th at you & other will carrying on about anything i mean weren't you the one pushing for a 1 round series only a short time ago ?
also who is your club president ? the reason i am assuming that Bill is in the loop is because he & Liam make the effort to travel all over Australia , just like us in Promoto we don't have a president either so i assume we would appoint a spokesman who is not going to be myself & i have no idea who will but mort man relax little have you made the effort to make a phone call instead of posting all this spam on here ? & i ask the same question to rover have you made a phone call ? this could all be handled in a much better way if everybody stopped thinking that anybody is trying to do wrong but working for the sport as we all are & thats obvious by the passion in these post but don't confuse passion with spite because in some of these post they read more like a spiteful post then a passionent past

Well i think Hippy is trying to help others and other clubs. Read what he is saying This is a quote directly from Hippy's words.

"we have got a marque for the three days of the super bikes, and in saying that Southwest Minimoto are extending an open invitation to all clubs throughout Australia MA affiliated or not to get involved with our display FREE OF CHARGE (but we will make you sell raffle tickets to promote your club and more importantly our sport, and if no one from your club can make it get some flyers or cards to me and we will display them and pass them on to the appropriate people"

Come on. that is to benefit the sport and other states. clear and simple.

I myself have made plenty of phone calls to Hippy to see how we in the west can "help" and all this BS up here is unjustified until the rules are posted. I can't see any major changes to classes than what we have all been running in the past. Wait until the rulebook is public knowledge before sprouting off, all this uneasiness could well be a waste of high blood pressure LOL!!

It is good to see so many folk out there are so passionate, but just be patient, we will all see the rules soon enough!!

Guys I wanted one round, But I always said 'In the middle & then organize other interstate meets...' & you guys said this wasnt possible... So I was over that when I got shot down..
I even went to the track, enquired on the information & even got video & photos.... & again, Got shot down..!

I always said 1 round because every year everyone would have the same to travel, so every year, everyone would have the same opportunity of attending, instead of some years riders saying.. oh, this ones a bit far away this year..!! It would be only 10hrs drive every year instead of 28 some years and wateva the next... thats how I was talking of shortening travel!

I have attended every round of the aussie titles except for the 2 Nsw rounds, one because of sickness... Yet I send the most bikes there every year & my bikes own a majority of the titles... Liam & Bill may travel round australia but Liam was riding my bikes around too.. I had to build them... Iv put a lotinto the Ozzy Tityles in the previous years.. No-one tried to fill the other classes like we did, Sometimes Mine were the only bikes filling a single class.!!! Iv missed 2 rounds ever, but many titles have been taken out on my bikes, yet all everyone hears about is bill & liam from Qld... & bill didnt even vote for our track @ Warrnambool last year..(everyones entitled to his own opinion & thats fine).
But, theres alot more riders in Qld, who's looking out for them, in the loop....
