If someone complys with each states rules for say the stock watercooled class, even thou they are different in each state slightly, will there be a nationally awarded title???

Just a thought??

Cheers

Stu

sounds a little unfair to hav to run chinese and elite w/c bikes together, i think open chinese w/c and elite or std w/c and open w/c would be alot more appealing.... anywayz just my 2 cents
