promo day

hey guys....good news... i have orginised with my work for use to do a desplay on the 5th of december which is a sunday.....i chose this day as our last ride day is on the 12th so this will give us a chance to mabye get some people out to that one.....what i have orginised is for two gazebo tents to be set up in a main area with mabye 6 - 8 bikes...i need some volenters to bring there bikes and themselfs to assist me on this day...this is a great opportunity as sat and sun are really busy as we are a truck stop and also have a take away food area with out door seating area...im not saying that this is going to be good for us but at least it is a start.... i have also put in an order with proline signs (the place where i get my stickers made) to get 2x 1500mm + 600mm APBA banners made which will feature photos from our racing and phone numbers...internet address..info ect and i have got it at a discounted price as proline is going to put there name and web site on them as well...these 2 are costing me $300 +gst which i am paying for.....

Im just letting you all know that im going to be get there at 9.00am ish to start to get set up. Im hoping to stay the until 3pm ish. the address is Caltex at boliar gardens, port wakefield road. its located after the whitehorse inn next to the highway 1 caravan park....i hope to see as many people as we can get...bikes aswell lol

Hi clinton mate ill do my best to try and get along and support your effort sunday, after last saturday and sunday at monarto i have to try and catch up with other things i didnt do last weekend , but ill make some time for you sunday and bring down the DM and sidecar outfit , hopefully a few more from the club will get behind your effort and turn up and support you, well done
