hi all

i better have my say i spose
i'm in the middle of moving house and dont have the net yet so i have missed all this.

ronin and rover i would hate to see you guys go you have bee nothing but helpful and dedicated to this site and since i've come on board and i appreciate your time more than you may know. i understand why but am really sorry you guys have to leave.

now to clear up a few things that i may have been a little short with in running the forum.
first would be the signiture thing the only reason i asked you guys to take clubs out of signitures short term was to try and abait the child like bickering that was going on and well it worked along with a few other things and i'm happy for you guys to go back supporting your clubs. it's important for the sport that you all back the people that back you.

i dont mind links to threads on other forums the information is whats important and users here should not miss out on that it's kind of our job to bring the goods to this site.
what i dont like is people coming on here saying ough come to this site it's beter than pbr pbr sucks balls this is not on. and to have members here bagging this site on other forums is pretty disapointing i mean anyone with half the balls of ronin or rover should do what they have done and help not go flaming and bad mouthing a forum that they are a member of effectively bagging themselves.

i define a commercial link a link to a site selling a product in competition to our sponsors.
pretty self explanitory i reckon.
the guys are right when the say the site is a business but running a forum like this has it's advantages good it support being one of them design, good serverand groth being some others. it annoy's me that we have people from the retail side of this industry on this site that wont sponsor us they just come along and drop a link every now and them getting free advertiseing they know the benefit to advertising here we get very good exposer through google and word of mouth and all but no.

now someone above mentioned that we dont do anything fo rthe sport from an event side of things well thats the sort of thing we would like to do in the future but it all costs money and right now we dont have the sponsors to cover the site let alone help the sport in this capacity.pocket bike events like the aussies are essential to the survival of this sport and with the growth of pocketbike racing this site would not exisit. the people to blame for this (not nameing names) are the retailers that wont put there money where there mouth is and sponsor this site.

we could make this place alot better but it's up to our members if you have any idea's let me know i'm up for anything reasonable and it can only benefit you guys.

hows this i'd like someone to put there hand up to take on the job of running the pbr blog get some good articles writeups and stuff like that and get the blog pumping even the ezine we have the capability of putting out a by monthly ezine if you guys can supply the content........ have a think about it it could be a good thing for the whole industry but it's not something one person can do.

again it's sad to see ronin and rover leave it shows the plot of the bad kill all the good
